Use the [hml-signup] shortcode or the HaleyMail Signup Form widget to display signup forms in any page or widget area on your site.

Choose to show a single list or multiple lists. For customize the heading and label for each list.
Customize the form class, submit button text and style, and choose to show or hide form labels.
